As a Business Consultant at Zetes, you will work closely with our customers and other members of the Business Solutions Group to develop and implement solutions. As a link between our customers, the application development team and the testing environment, you will be required to understand the business requirements, produce functional solution designs and enable the development and testing team to deliver a solution that meets the vision of the customer and the scope of the projects. You will be required to facilitate detailed business and functional work sessions, analyse requirements and design solutions that are fit-for-purpose. You will work in a diverse environment, covering the entire spectrum of solutions within Zetes.

Serve as a Zetes expert

Your understanding of the supply chain complexity, logistics execution in warehousing and transportation, processes knowledge and technology expertise (voice, mobility, …) allows you to position yourself as a trusted advisor. Your education level and/or experience combined with your strong analytical skills enable you to quickly understand the clients’ needs and advise on appropriate actions. You are driven, hands-on and entrepreneurial. Based on excellent communication skills and customer facing combined with a good commercial awareness, you will develop positive long-term relationships at a high level with clients. You are a real team player, motivated and passionate about delivering great products and enjoy being an added value in a team. You have adequate skills in Danish and English, and you are willing to travel.

The responsibilities of the business consultant include:

  • Preparing, coordinating, and conducting successful presentations and demos
  • Work closely with customers and prospects to fit our solutions to our customers or prospects needs
  • Writing the Scope of Work for customer related services
  • Assist customers with planning, engineering, and drafting technical requirements for implementation projects
  • Drive customer implementations by providing high-end consultancy to secure successful customer stories
  • Providing business information about the solutions (post sales consultancy)
  • Ensuring proper reporting to customers and management
  • Collaborate with Product Management to give input to define product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing

The Business Consultant must have the following experience:

  • At least three years of working experience
  • Experience in solution sales or consultant role with preference in the Supply Chain sector
  • Familiar with ICT technical solutions and willing to invest in understanding of new integration technologies
  • Ability to express yourself in writing, well-structured and articulated
  • Flexible and willing to travel for short periods at short notice in Europe

The major strong points required to the Business Consultant role are:

  • Process know-how and experience on specific markets (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Transportation or Retail)
  • Proficiency in verbal and written Danish and English
  • Strong client orientation, able to provide appropriate solutions and services
  • Comfortable being part of a team and working with several stakeholders to achieve common goals
  • Proven cross-cultural communication, able to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
  • Team player who is willing to share and lead when required
  • Strong relationship, presentation, and communication skills
  • Dynamic, organized, and inspiring individual with multitasking abilities
  • Strong adaptation abilities, Time Management, used to prioritizing and can perform well under pressure
