Dematic Central Europe relocates administration and R&D to Heusenstamm, Germany

Offenbach – 2015-05-11 - The operational relocation of Dematic is largely complete: the areas of Research & Development as well as the entire administration of Dematic GmbH, Dematic Systems GmbH and the Dematic Services GmbH have moved the headquarters from Offenbach to Heusenstamm. The new premises are located at Martinseestrasse 1.

Less than 10 km from the previous site Dematic now has not only considerably more space for further expansion but as well a very modern infrastructure. The positive development for the company was mainly driven by the Research & Development sector. R&D now has sufficient space in the new premise for a customer-oriented Tech Centre that can show processes and solutions in real-time. The Tech Centre is already under construction and will include the latest Dematic development of AMCAP. On a total of around 2,000 square meters this Tech Centre will go live mid of  November. The solutions of the latest acquisition of SDI Group Europe are already integrated in the new facility.

Unlike the administration and the R&D the production facility of Dematic will remain in its original and well based location in Offenbach Bieber.
