This warehouse software manages, monitors and controls all processes within the system, thereby significantly reducing the error rate not only in automated storage/retrieval systems and automated mini load systems, but also in conventional, manually operated warehouses or in forklift-serviced systems. All processes are transparent, energy saving and promote minimal distances. Products in automated systems are stored automatically according to their access frequency. In forklift-serviced systems, the forklift control system within this warehouse management software ensures route-optimized operation.
Energy-saving and powerful storage/retrieval machines
viapal storage/retrieval machines (AS/RS) are fitted with energy recovery function or systems for energy compensation as standard. They operate smoothly and reach speeds of up to 240 m/min (262 yd/min). They lift pallets, skeleton-type containers, large load containers, coils, rolls, bales and much more, weighing up 3 metric tons (6,614 lb.).
viastore systems offers versions for single, double deep and multiple deep storage (channel storage systems). Our wide range of standard load handling devices ensure that your products, no matter what size or nature, are treated with care and are stored in a standardized and space-saving manner. viapal automatically directs the goods to the order picker, travel times are almost completely eliminated. The storage/ retrieval machines (AS/RS) are controlled using the latest technology such as IPC or SPS (Siemens S7).
